MR25 Progressive Series 2013 – 10km

The race started early at 7:00 am. Reached there around 6:45 am with wife and daughter. The left leg felt fatigue after about 1.5 km and worry about leg cramp. Tailed gate an old MR25 runner (he worn an old MR25 T-shirt) since I wasn't sure about the actual route. Overtook him around 8 Km at Lornie road and followed few runners ahead of him.

Ran cautiously since the trail terrain is quite slippery and very uneven. Control my down slope speed afraid of tripping.

Managed to achieved a time of 53 minutes 17 seconds and came in 31st. since my last MR25 time trial ran on August 2012.
