SIS Age Group Run 2012 – Series 2

After last night (July 14) Marina 21K - 21 km run really affected this morning's run. The worst thing was just took one banana and apple given by Marina 21k organizer, surprisingly didn't feel hungry and reached home at almost 11 pm. The biggest mistake was skipped supper after the 21 km run.

Another mistakes during this SIS Age Group Run was only taken half cup of drinks at 5 km, 7.5 km and 10 km and the other half to cool my head. I was used to 2 km drink stations interval for most of the run. 

Initial had a good run and hit 6 km around 30 minutes. Left leg's Quadriceps muscles started cramped around 13th. km and walked up three up slopes before started to ran slowly to the end point. Because of dehydration, after the run, both of my legs started to cramped and took almost 15 minutes to settle down and recovered.

Completed the race in 1 hour 34 minute.
